Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change will be effective from the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed the Free plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're about to reach the limits. You won't lose any data, but you won't be able to create new bugs until you upgrade or the next month.
How does per-user pricing work for the Team plan?
The Team plan costs $4.90 per user per month, with a minimum of 5 users ($24.50/month). You can add users at any time and you'll only pay for active users.
Is MCP integration included in the Free plan?
No, MCP integration with Claude Code is available starting from the Freelance plan. The Free plan includes all basic bug tracking features.
